Join our 60 minute session where your child will:

  • Learn fun breathing techniques through games and activities.
  • Practice calming exercises like Balloon Breathing and Rainbow Breaths
  • Discover how to manage big emotions with ease.

Activities Include:

  • Pinwheel Breathing: Watch a pinwheel spin as you control your breath.
  • Bubble Blowing: Focus on slow, steady breathing to create perfect bubbles.
  • Animal Breaths: Have fun mimicking animal sounds and movements to connect with breath.
